ExLA Group is pleased to announce to all major stakeholders and the general public, the opening of registration for the second edition of the Young African Women Congress (YAWC) scheduled to take place from 23rd to 27th July, 2017 in Accra, Ghana. The congress is under the theme, “Harnessing Africa’s Demographic Dividend; The Case for Women in Leadership”.

The Young African Women Congress (YAWC) is a pan African women platform that brings together young educated women between the ages of 18 and 40 years from all the countries on the African continent. It is scheduled over a 5 Day span featuring well renowned women leaders, educationists, feminist activists, politicians, artists, entrepreneurs, and corporate leaders across the African continent to address issues pertinent to women and leadership on the continent. A conference white paper/report is presented from resolutions and practical solutions that are proffered in the course of interactions to all major stakeholders for implementation and policy amendments. A full day tour is also organized for participants and speakers to some historical and phenomenal tourist sites in the host country.

An online application system, interested individuals can log unto the official event website of the Young African Women Congress (YAWC), www.yawcafrica.org to register and participate in the congress. All procedures and packages associated with participating in the congress are on the website as well contacts of the organizers.
