FA Cup Final

This Saturday, an epic rivalry awaits you as Arsenal take on Chelsea in the FA Cup Final. Chelsea stunned Manchester United in the semi-finals while Arsenal produced a wonderful display to beat Manchester City to set up an all-London classic for cup glory at Wembley. Black is King – A Film by Beyoncé

Black is King was created to “celebrate the breadth and beauty of Black ancestry.” The film which will be released July 31; will air 1st August on DStv.

Black Is King, reimagines the lessons of last year’s The Lion King for today’s young kings and queens in search of their own crowns. The film would be broadcast on M-Net (DStv Premium), channel 101 on August 1 at 9:00 PM.

As a special treat M-Net will be open to DStv Compact Plus, Compact and Confam subscribers for two hours on the night that Black Is King arrives in Africa. Furthermore, DStv Premium customers will be able to enjoy it on DStv Catch Up for 30 days. The visual film features an impressive list of stars including Naomi Campbell, Yemi Alade, Lupita Nyong’o, Kelly Rowland, Pharrell Williams, and JAY-Z. Many artists featured on The Lion King: The Gift album also make appearances. You can’t miss this special on DStv this Saturday.

Formula 1 -British GP

This August, Lewis Hamilton will be looking at expanding his tally at the British GP when the Silverstone circuit hosts the Formula 1. Hamilton, a six-time F1 champion has also won the British GP a record six-times.

The Silverstone circuit has been one of the great cathedrals of motorsport and boasts of one of the fastest tracks on the F1 calendar. Catch all the action on SuperSport 2 as racing drivers zip through the historic Silverstone circuit, the oldest track to host the F1 race.
