Ace Ghanaian Entertainment Journalist, Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo in a quick rebuttal has rubbished Edem’s comments about pundits.
In an earlier tweet, Rapper Edem, threw a challenge to Ghanaian pundits who heavily critique Ghanaian artistes to share artistes among themselves and manage for a year (if they could do better than respective Artiste Managers/Managements).
Edem’s comments which didn’t go down well with the Senior Journalist had this response for Edem on a social media platform;
“Silly commentary and with his knowledge, I expected better. There are roles for everyone in the industry. The one who produces. The one who sings. The one who distributes. The one who writes. The one who buys. The one who talks about it. They all make the industry. Do yours well and that’s it.” (Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo).
Edem Mensah-Tsotorme who writes for the Ghanaian Spectator Newspaper also had this comments to support Arnold Asamoah-Baidoo’s claims — “For me, I see it as nonfa. Someone criticizing, pointing out mistakes for you to correct does not mean they can do that in person. Some of the coaches who teach tactics and show players what to do, can not even kick well on the pitch. When they are made to play, they can even run, but will tell you to move quick on the pitch. Eno be so?”
