Speaking to Mikki Osei Berko on “After Hours” on TV3, Edem brought out into open the drive behind  “FIEFUOR” a song making waves across the length and breadth of Ghana. He admitted that, his 9 years of been in the music business, he does’t recall doing any song with Twi chorus; its either raps pidgin, Jamaican patoi, a GA line or maybe a Fante line. Taking all this into account, he decided to do a song with a Twi chorus, therefore he challenged himself with “FIEFUOUR”.

“Acknowledging the fact that, in life, there are people who are going to try to take the wade out of your sail but don’t keep up, you have to keep going” was what triggered him to enter the booth to record the song based on personal experience. Take a look at the video and pay critical attention to the lyrics because it’s relatable. On the other hand, lets help root out the “FIEFUOR” syndrome and give space for everyone to shine instead of infesting them with pull down incentives. Meanwhile prepare for his fourth album baptized “The African Answer” – (TAA).
