Dj Cuppy has come out to defend Mr Eazi following series of backlash he has received from Nigerians on the internet for months now following perceived insensitive comments he made towards his fellow Nigerian artistes.
Mr Eazi in an interview in the UK, was perceived to be mocking Nigerian artistes for copying his ‘Ghanaian sound’ and this did not go down well with fans who took to social media to tongue-lash the singer.
Fans described him as rude, proud and insensitive.
But like a Daniel coming to the rescue, DJ Cuppy in his defence tells NET TV that Mr Eazi, who is dating her sister, Temi Otedola is an amazing guy with a cool personality.
“Mr Eazi is cool, or Tosin as I know him, it is frustrating that people don’t know him or just talk about him. I am close to him and I think he is really talented. The coolest thing about him is his personality. He is such a sweet guy and he is hilarious, he has an amazing personalty and I think he is one of those who take music seriously, I think people need to chill”.
