Davido confirms wedding with Chioma on June 25

Multiple award-winning Nigerian singer and songwriter, David Adeleke, professionally known as Davido has confirmed the news of his upcoming nuptials with his partner, Chioma Rowland.

It was recently reported that singer and chef Chioma are set to hold their traditional wedding in Lagos on June 25, 2024. Davido has now confirmed the reports in a video that went viral on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

This information was revealed in a video shared on Instagram by Nigerian pastor Tobi Adeboyega, who was spending time with Davido and his longtime friend in London.

Excited about his impending marriage, the ‘Unavailable’ hitmaker extended an invitation to his friends to join in the celebrations in Lagos.

In the video, he can be heard saying, “Guys, I urge you to come to Nigeria on the 25th of June for my wedding.”

This joyous occasion follows the couple’s experience of welcoming twins last year, which came after the heartbreaking loss of their first child, Ifeanyi, in 2022. Shortly after this tragic event, Davido and Chioma got engaged, solidifying their commitment to each other.
