Rapper and producer David Banner has won his lawsuit against Lil Wayne’s Young Money Entertainment.

Banner sued Wayne and Young Money in July 2015 over unpaid royalties with a default judgement awarding him more than $160,000 after Young Money failed to respond to the case.

He said the label owed him for production he did on “La La” and “Pussy Monster,” both songs on Wayne’s  ‘Tha Carter III’ album as well as “Streets Is Watching,” which was featured on the 2009 Young Money compilation album ‘We Are Young Money’.

According to documents, because Young Money Entertainment never responded to the suit, a judge issued a default judgment that will give Banner a payment of $164,303.19, which includes interest.

Lil Wayne still has his own $51 million lawsuit against Birdman and Cash Money in court right now. So at least we’re thankful one case has been solved.
