28-year-old rapper, Chris Brown, who has enjoyed a rather tumultuous and rocky romantic life so far has shared his opinion on infidelity on social media.
Chris Brown’s romance troubles have become a thing of legend in the entertainment industry. Throughout his time in the spotlight, Brown went from being in a volatile and violent relationship (twice) with Rihanna to being in somewhat less dysfunctional relationships with his other famous ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran.
However, his last relationship was ruined by the revelation that he cheated on Tran with his baby’s mama, Nia Guzman.
With such a sordid past with women, Brown certainly isn’t regarded as an angel or a loyal man in the public eye. But in a recent post, Brown defended his weakness for infidelity and explained why men cheat on their women.
According to an article by “Madame Noire” and “Rolling Out”, DailyGossip.ng learned that in this post, which has since been deleted, the star admitted that ‘the problem sometimes is with us men’.
Brown said: “We cheat on our girlfriends but we don’t want them to cheat on us. You know why? Because we know cheating is wrong! We cheat for s*x but when a woman cheats she cheats for love and affection. She cheats with a guy that can potentially replace you. We cheat the most but women cheat the best.”
“We dish it out but we can’t take it back. We act like it’s the end of the world when we get cheated on. Women are not afraid to love, commit and be loyal but the problem sometimes is with us men.”
It’s worth noting that Brown’s cheating explanation comes just a few weeks after Rihanna famously took shots at her exes on Instagram and claimed that “None of my exs are married or in happy relationships, so it’s safe to say that I wasn’t da problem.”
Most people assume she was talking about Brown and her other famous on-again, off-again beau, Drake. And it looks like Brown is having one of those reflective moments about his own role in his failed relationships.
