Now isn’t that cute? Caroline Sampson who has been in and out of the hospital a lot this year, has a lot to be thankful for, as she marks her birthday on Thursday.

In her sick bed, she has been receiving gifts and well-wishes from friends and well-meaning Ghanaians. But perhaps the most touching message she will receive this year is one from her son, Jayden.

Jayden penned a letter to his mom to wish her a happy birthday. Among the things Jayden wishes for is a God-fearing husband for his mother. Then he gets a little selfish with his wishes, prating for a brother and a sister too.
