Legendary Nigerian comedians Alibaba, Basketmouth, Gbenga Adeyinka and Teju Babyface will be joined by Nollywood star, Funke Akindele and a host of others this weekend at the Lagos Laughs Comedy Show. The event holds at Eko Hotels and Suites, onSunday, May 7th, and features 50 outstanding Lagos based comedians showcasing their skills and giving the audience a time of their lives.
Lagos Laughs, which is part of activities to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Lagos State (#LagosAt50) and commemorate World Laughter Day 2017, will also feature finalists from the IBILE Comedy Challenge, a competition to discover and develop new talents in the art of performance comedy.
Other upcoming activities lined up to celebrate Lagos At 50 include Lagos Carnival, Lagos Loves The Cinema, Eyo Festival and much more.
