A few days ago, a picture of Beyonce wearing what looked like Kanye West’s Yeezy Season 5 PVC Mules made the round on the internet sending everyone into a frenzy over the possibility that the Carters and Kanye have finally settled their feud. Some even suggested that Kanye and Jay-Z’s “Watch The Throne 2” was definitely on the way.
And even Kanye was beside himself with excitement. He took to his Instagram to share the viral picture which features Jay and Bey, captioning it; “famleeeeee”.
Well here is where it gets awkward.
It turns out that the mules aren’t Yeezy’s but a pair from another company called Public Desire.
The company confirmed that the mules were indeed from them on Twitter with a tweet quoting Kanye’s own tweet.

The Public Desire mules bear a striking resemblance to Kanye’s Yeezy Season 5 mules and they also retail for way cheaper.
And it wouldn’t be the first time Beyonce would be wearing shoes from the brand.

Kanye is yet to respond or delete the picture from his page so there just might be a possibility that they are indeed “famleeeeee”, but it doesn’t look very likely, and while we hate to be the bearers of bad news, we have to tell you that, there goes your dreams of a Watch The Throne 2 or even a North and Blue Ivy playdate.
