One of Ghana’s most favourite actors, Kofi Middleton-Mends according to reports has died.
The news was reported by KasapaFM and tributes have started pouring in on social media, though it is not clear the cause of death yet.
Middleton-Mends starred in successful local and international productions. He was known for his role in the 1968 hit, ‘No Tears for Ananse’. One of his most recent mainstream effort was in Shirley Frimpong-Manso’s Grew Dawn, where he played the role of an ailing politician whose tax issues meant trouble for his family.
