Welcome to the month of June beautiful people. Let’s give God all the glory for bringing us this far and for all HE has done for us and for the things we have achieved. As we are half way through the year, I do want to talk about those plans we made at the beginning of the year and suggest we look back and take stock. Did we have a clear plan of action for this year? – If we did – how well are we executing those plans? What has worked out really well? What can we do better? What are the lessons learnt? Do we need to realign and change some of those plans? NEVER BE AFRAID TO CHANGE THE PLAN!!! IT’S NOT TOO LATE TO START PLANNING NOW IF YOU STARTED THE YEAR WITHOUT ONE!!! Once we are clear about our objectives, it is critical to make sure that those plans are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and time bound. THIS IS WHAT MAKES A PLAN DIFFERENT TO A DREAM!!! Please do not get me wrong, please dream and dream BIG, BUT DO NOT FORGET TO TURN YOUR DREAM INTO A PLAN!!! Please share this message with those you love.
