Reggae/Dancehall Icon, Capleton released from Jail – Charged for rape

Reggae/Dancehall icon, born Clifton Bailey, was arrested on following a police investigation into a report filed with the Centre for the Investigation of Sexual Offence and Child Abuse (CISOCA) Police Department.

Capleton was released on a $250,000 Bail Out earlier today, Monday 14^t at St. Andrew Parish Court at Kingston, Jamaica, a bail approved by Judge Vaughn Smith the District Judge.

Capleton’s hair stylist has alleged the The Reggae Icon has abuse her, which Capleton still insists he is innocent. He is likely to face a 10 years imprisonment if found guilty.
