Today marks exactly a week when tantalizing jazz vocalist, Stephanie Benson sneaked into the hearts of well-wishers at the just ended Boss Ladies Club concert organised by Y107.9 FM, an event initiative mapped out to celebrate successful women of class and integrity. It was held at Badu Lounge, Labone.

It was an unforgettable night as Stephanie defined her music experience married with passion and style to get patrons on their feet from the beginning of her performance to the end. The audience couldn’t have enough of her unique sense of humor, professionalism, confidence and creativity especially when she engaged few men during her performance with romantic lap dance. Lest I forget, before she stepped up on stage with her BEPI girls to stimulate patrons with her captivating performance, the venue was a bit dull but her presence added contrast to spice up the venue.

At a point most of her colleague ladies got jealous of her craft just because she was the center of attention on the night yet they still gave her standovation for an upper class performance. Most ladies came with their fiancees, others their husbands and what not but immediately the jazz goddess started performing the men forgot they were actually there with their better halves, can you imagine? That’s how effective her performance was. She has never gone and she can never go wrong when she gets hold of the mic.

The night saw countless boss ladies from different walks of life, from models, djs, musicians, radio and TV anchors, entrepreneurs, business tycoon, photographers, et al. It was a night of good music and networking. Also the event gave value for the time spent there. Cudos to YFM for such breath taking step, we wish to see more of this every now and then.
