Barely days after it was revealed that music star, Usher Raymond, paid an unknown lady $1.1m after infecting her with herpes, another woman has surfaced..
According to TMZ, a new woman has just slammed the legendary singer with a $10m lawsuit for allegedly exposing her to the sexually transmitted disease, Herpes.
The unnamed woman, according to TMZ, claims she hooked up with Usher in Atlanta on April 16 at her home, that they made out and she performed oral sex on him. Then they later had penetrative sex with a condom.
However, on a second meeting 12 days later, they had unprotected sex, this time in a New Orleans hotel. Her worry started only days ago when she learned that the singer has Herpes Simplex 2.
Though she didn’t state if the singer infected her, she is only concerned that she was ‘exposed’ to the viral disease, insisting that she wouldn’t have had sex with him if he told her his status.
The singer, has however, not addressed both the old and latest story.
It is a crime in the United States not to tell a sexual partner your sexual health status and it is mainly for this reason the woman is suing the Usher as well as for negligence, battery and emotional distress. She is seeking at least $10 million in damages.
