After series of auditions, the 2018 edition of the annual Miss Malaika beauty pageant has officially been launched in order to transit the reign from Pearl Nyarko Mensah, reigning queen. The event took place at the Oasis Pool and Shisha Lounge on Thursday 30th August.

In no order, here are the top 16 delegated that were unveiled; Afia Boatemaa Boateng, Adwoa Noella, JenniferAppiah, Anne Kusi Glyamfi, Ambraya Abena Abrafi Gray, Mariam Owusu-Poku, Samira Rufal Elizabeth Dsane, Gloria Obeng Nyarko, Olivia Amadi, Vanessa Brago,  A Dela Seade, Evelyn Nyaasemhwe, Nana Ama Agyekum, Rosetta Quaicoe and Gesa Geermann.

With Queens and past contestants like Berla Mundi, Regina Van Helvet, Caroline Sampson, Hamamat Montia, Anita Akufo and many others making great strides in their various fields of endeavour and influencing society in many positive ways, the pageant is providing the same platform for this years winners.
