Kelly Hansome has let out that Don Jazzy twice arranged for his arrest.

The artist/producer who has had his fare share of industry troubles following his beef with MI Abaga and D’banj in the past, made this known in a post on his Instagram page on Sunday August 5.

Celebrating the birthday of a friend of his, who supposedly belongs in the military, Kelly Hansome appreciated him for being there twice when attempts were made by Don Jazzy to arrest him.

In the post, he says, “HBD to the most rugged Capo…

The two times our brother Don Jazzy and his people orchestrated my arrest, one for making a cover to the song ‘Feeling Good’ and the other when they set me up with a stolen laptop in a quest to make me look like a fraudster.

You and the two Army Generals whose names I won’t mention took care of me.”

The singer who at the start of his career was signed to leading label, Kennis Music, came to prominence with the release of his hit song, ‘Maga Don Pay’ in 2018.

In 2009, Kelly Hansome released the song, ‘Igwe Kom Kom’, where he took shots at D’banj and members of the then Mo Hits crew, supposedly as a response to Wande Coal’s song, ‘Na Who Born The Maga’.

His career however nose-dived following a bitter fall out with Kennis Music, and even though he and MI Abaga have settled their differences, it seems Kelly Hansome still holds a grudge against Don Jazzy for acts carried out in the past.
