The housemate on Sunday morning snuggled up to and touched TBoss inappropriately while she was asleep.
The video clip of the act had been trending on social media for several hours.
The pair have never been sexually or romantically involved in the house although Kemen has expressed his infatuation over TBoss.
Ahead of the eviction show, Biggie decided to disqualify and evict Kemen from the show.
Biggie had earlier summoned Kemen for a disciplinary hearing, after which he was asked to leave the show immediately.
The housemate was found guilty of breaking a security rule.
Biggie informed the housemates that their safety and security, while the show lasts, were extremely paramount.
Kemen is the first housemate to leave in such a controversial manner.
