Charterhouse Ghana proudly announces the return of its first TV production in Ghana, Agoro.

Launched in 1998, Agoro ran on GTV for well over 10 years winning a number of awards in the process. Hosted initially by Odeefoo and Amankwah Ampofo, the show gained its largest popularity and appeal during the David Dontoh and Adwoa Yeboah Adjei, aka, Naporso Hemaa’s years as hosts.
While it aired, Agoro captivated TV and Live audiences across Ghana, recording in over 200 constituencies, watched live by over 300,000 ecstatic patrons and by millions of television viewers nationwide.
Agoro also recorded outside Ghana in the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and a lot more to give Ghanaians in the diaspora a feel of what Ghanaian television viewers and live audiences were experiencing.
Sponsored for 10 years by the world money transfer giant Western Union, Agoro returns to your screens this October on Metro TV and Adom TV, fresher, richer, up-to-the-minute and more rewarding. This is the original Agoro like you have never seen before.
Charterhouse invites one and all to tune in to Adom TV at 8:30pm on 1st October and Metro TV at 2:30pm on second October for a fulfilled and absolutely exciting television viewing experience while learning more about our culture and history on Ghana’s most popular Akan quiz game show ever….Agoroooooooooo waaso twaaaaaan!

The all new Agoro is proudly sponsored again by Western Union International, MTN Mobile Money and Beige Capital.
